Description
The Sirona inEos X5 was developed for the dental lab according to the highest quality standards for optical measuring systems. The scanner ensures high accuracy for all digitisation work of interest to the dental technician.
The Sirona inEos X5 Digital Dental Lab Scanner allows you to make scans for nearly all indications and is your lab specialist for every digitisation task. The open scanner combines simple operation with object-specific scanning strategies — for complete freedom of application.
The ineos x5 scanner scanning technology enables enhanced user guidance to make even the most complex digitisation task user-friendly and intuitive.
Particularly in the case of digital dentures, the scanner is ideally suited for the accurate capture of all relevant information from functional impressions and bite registration.
The sirona ineos x5 employs superior 5-axis technology that utilizes a best robotic arm to enable quick, automatic positioning of the model while reducing data quantities and accelerating model computation.
The automatic image capture function allows free movement of the model in any direction, providing complete control of the angle, and producing an impression only of the required treatment area with interactive control and flexibility.
This function ensures maximum efficiency and has been further enhanced by a manual scanning option that provides quick and efficient capture for more simple restorations.
Furthermore, a large operating range enables positioning of the most popular articulators and facilitates unrestricted access to the model in the manual mode.
The autofocus function of the Sirona inEos X5 provides outstanding precision and depth of field.
The sirona ineos x5 scanner also equipped with a multi-die scanning feature that enables several prepared stumps to be scanned simultaneously with clearly defined margins. Moreover, due to a large scanning field, technicians can automatically capture occlusal surfaces of an entire jaw in record time.
The 3d sirona ineos x5 can be utilized as a standalone unit with infiniDent, or in combination with the new inLab SW 4.2 and inLab MC XL milling unit for complete in-house production.
Sirona inEos X5 Benefits
Why choose inEos X5?
Proven Accuracy
The accuracy of the results of the inEos X5 with inLab CAD SW 16 was verified according to DIN EN ISO 12836.2015. The demonstrated accuracy on standard “bridge” test specimens was at 2.1 ± 2.8 μm, and on standard “inlay” test specimens, 1.3 ± 0.4 μm.
Intelligent scanning technology
Unique 5-axis scanning technology and large working area with its robot arm
Comfortable
The large operating range allows positioning of most common articulators and gives fast, unobstructed access to the scan object.
Open
STL data export for a free choice of design and production components
Intuitive interface
Clear software interface and intuitive operation result in digital models with just a few clicks
Applications
Scan technology – Made in Germany. All inEos X5 components were specially developed in Germany for dental applications according to strict quality standards. The inEos X5 ensures precise digital registration of all indication types with its robot arm, unique 5-axis scanning technology combined with large working area.
Implants
Using the one-piece scanbody (inPost or FLO-S) and the implant scanning strategy, implant positions can be determined with high precision even in extended screw-retained restorations.
Triple tray scan
The lower and upper jaw together with the bite registration can be scanned from a triple-tray impression tray for smaller jobs.
Texture scan
Marks on the model are detected for visual support, for example in partial-denture design using the inLab CAD software.
Impression scan
The inEos X5 easily scans many different shapes and sizes of impression trays. Particularly in the case of digital dentures, the scanner is ideally suited for the accurate capture of all relevant information from functional impressions and bite registration.
Multi-die scanning
Up to four prepared dies are scanned automatically and inserted into the digital model with no manual interaction.
Wide operating range
Allows the positioning of most common articulators and gives fast, unobstructed access to the scan object.
Rapid scanning
Full-arch models are digitised in less than 60 seconds thanks to the large scanning field
Manual scanning
Smaller jobs with only a few prepared teeth can be scanned quickly and efficiently in manual mode.
Workflows
Seamless inLab system integration. Open for STL export. Validated workflow with exocad®.
Implant-supported restoration
The special scanning strategy for long-span, implant level screwretained suprastructures determines implant positions with high precision in terms of both position and angle.
For screw retained bridges and bars, depending on the implant connection type, we distinguish between the scanbody inPost (for multi-unit abutments) and FLO-S (for implant level screwretained restorations).
The special inEos X5 high-precision calibration set ensures the highest level of scanning accuracy. Quality assurance documents and protocols can be exported in PDF format for archiving.
The inEos X5 was developed according to the highest quality standards for optical measuring systems. It has quickly become established on the market as the reference scanner. The inEos X5 ensures greatest accuracy for all digitisation work of interest to the dental technician.
Dentsply sirona ineos x5 increases flexibility for the dental technician with allows to take scans of all indications and accuracy for all digitalization work
Sirona inEos X5 can be used manually or automatically to scan impression with flexibility integrated into the workflow of the laboratory
inEos X5 comes with The 5-axis technology with a robotic arm that ensures quick, combine scanning techniques with an Auto Focus feature
